Regional Support Lead

The Main function of the Regional Support Lead position is to support the SVP/VP of Operations and the Regional Managers with day to day property management items for multiple communities within the assigned region.
In this role you will:
• Assist with onboarding new staff relating to new acquisitions and property level staff turnover.
• Assist with training of Community Managers.
• Assist with Community Manager responsibilities during vacancies.
•Assist with the interviewing process for new property level staff, in person when applicable.
• Assist with reporting on properties, that you have occupied during your assist with vacancy.
• Responsible for administrative tasks assigned by SVP/VP of Operations and/or Regional Manager.
• Responsible for understanding properties, business plan, and legal restrictions in applicable states.
• Assist with managing on-site staff when assuming a vacant Community Manager role.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Role Qualifications / Skills/ Abilities
• Bachelor Degree in business, property management, or related field preferred.
• At least three (3) years in a Community Manager role or property management role preferred.
• Efficiently operates assigned computer software and other equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must have valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
Work Environment
• This position is required to work at least 40 hours each week, Monday through Friday. Work schedules may vary and include nights and weekends depending on community needs.
• This position will be required to work in an office setting and will require travel around 50% of the time.
• This position will require flexibility as you may be required to occupy and manage a community during a Community Manager vacancy.
• This position will interact with both employees and residents of the communities.
