In this role you will:
- Greet and welcome guests at reception
- Direct guests to appropriate place
- Answer, screen, and route messages to the appropriate departments
- Maintain orderly office presentation
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain stock in kitchen & orderliness of kitchen
- Order, maintain, and restock office supplies
- Perform clerical duties such as drafting emails, copying & mailing
- Maintain conference room calendar
- Prep conference rooms in between scheduled meetings
- Submit maintenance requests to property manager
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Role Qualifications / Skills/ Abilities
- Previous roles as receptionist, administrative assistant, or other similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with office equipment including printers
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be proactive and resourceful when situations arise
- Highly organized
